My client, a global retail giant is currently seeking a Learning & Development professional to join their Head Office team based in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the L&D strategy to support the development of all employees in the business.Key responsibilities include: · Developing the L&D strategy to support the needs of the employees; to support personal, business and career growth.· Ensure consistent successful execution of training programmes.· Develop customer service programmes for retail stores to enhance the customer experience.· Create targeted learning inventions.· Work closely with senior managers to continue on-going development.· Deliver on a range on other ad hoc training inventions.· Facilitate training sessions.Key requirements:· Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a HR related field.· Previous relevant experience in developing and delivering various retail training solutions.· A strong passion for the retail industry.· Experience working in a complex international retail organization.· A passion for learning and demonstrate this through your own development.
