Job Description

This luxury food & coffee gift retailer is recruiting for an experienced National Operations Manager who can drive performance and service through exceeding store standards & key development of store teams. You will drive the performance of around 20 stores in a diverse locations across Central London (with more store openings to be added to the estate!) and have nationwide responsibility for other key stores in the UK. You will have control of Area Sales, wages, all controllable costs, mystery shopping & operational standards. You must be able to drive the business at a strategic level, due to its ongoing expansion plans. In addition, you will be expected to be guide Store Managers to achieve and exceed their existing results. With their beautifully designed, award-winning stores, this company is looking for an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multisite Manager who will rise to the challenge of working in a fast paced customer focused environment, where you will lead & challenge to gain results while embracing the visions & values of the business. You must be able to demonstrate how you can prioritise store visits, the up-skilling of Store Managers through succession planning and being a brand ambassador. It is essential you have experience of managing the performance of stores through the key delivery of KPIs. You must have experience of people, budget and area P&L management and training & development. You must thrive in an autonomous working environment where you can demonstrate working efficiently and on your own initiative. Being a passionate, outgoing and driven person is also essential; personality and attitude counts for a lot with this retailer!
