Job Description

An exciting and highly challenging opportunity has recently opened within a multinational FMCG business. They are currently looking to hire a Personnel & Administration Manager to join their dynamic and high performing team in Tunisia. Reporting to the HR Director, you will have the following responsibilities: * Manage the overall personnel function within the company * Manage all employee related administrative work including expat work permits, housing, medical and social security insurance and payroll * Deal with all industrial relations, labour office, local authorities, unions and inspectors * Oversee the performance of all general services and personnel staff * Manage the Personnel and Administration team The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Management, Finance or Law, MBA would be a plus * At least 7 - 10 years of experience in payroll and contracts management and dealing with unions * Must be fluent in French, English and Arabic * Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in SAP would be an advantage * Excellent communication and negotiations skills * Strong leadership and problem solving abilities * Must be willing to frequently travel in and around Tunisia You will not only be rewarded with a competitive earning potential but also with excellent career opportunities within a well established and highly successful organisation.
