Job Description

Purpose: As a proactive member of the Customer Supply Chain function within the sales team, drive best practice CPFR through the building of strong relationships to deliver forecast accuracy and on shelf availability ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time for both major mults and convenience retailers As the Customer Demand Manager * Demonstrate a strong customer supply chain focus * Support the development of Taylors customer supply chain vision & strategy * Be an expert user of Retailer data * Support supply chain improvement initiatives and customer supply chain projects * Lead customer 30/60/90 meetings * Responsible for the medium and short term promotions management * Build strong customer relationships at all levels * Support the delivery of the annual commercial budgets * Become embedded in retailer activity with CPFR * Work cross functionally to deliver sales v forecast * Recommend reforecasting of forward demand by working collaboratively with the retailers * Ensure retailers have the correct information for NPD and promotions * Responsible for improving on shelf availability * Support the creation of process maps for procedures in relation to forecast management and CPFR and build improvements through collaborative cross functional teamwork * Support the development of CPFR for convenience retailers Results Delivery: * Ensures achievement of agreed functional and business objectives, plans and KPIs such as Depot Stock levels, Customer Service Levels, On Shelf Availability & Forecast Accuracy * Reviews and ensures appropriate action is taken to achieve strong business performance and good practice Skills: * Self Motivated * Strong Excel, powerpoint and presentation skills * Methodical and Organised * Ability to communicate effectively & inspire * Highly numerate * Flexible and adaptable to change * Possess a drive to succeed and make a difference We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.
