An exceptional and exciting role has just opened within one of the Middle East's largest luxury retail group. They are now looking to hire an HR Executive to manage the daily HR operation of the organization. Your responsibilities as the HR Executive will include: * Develop and execute HR policies and procedures. * Provide advice and coaching to employees as required, understand their situation and anticipate their needs and concerns. * Liaise with the hiring/line managers to ensure that all open positions are posted internally and externally as required. * Undertaking the recruitment process, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and recommending candidates for the next level interviews. * Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews. * Working closely with the Trainer and HR Advisor to ensure that relevant trainings are provided for the employees. To qualify for the HR Executive role, you must have the following skills and experience: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. * Minimum of 5 years experience in HR with a focus on talent acquisition and development. * Working knowledge of the recruitment principles and procedures and HR information systems. * Strong written and oral English communication skills, knowledge in Arabic and/or French would be an advantage. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP HR experience is a plus. * Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
