This highly successful and well established retailer based in the North West currently seeks an experienced Fashion Retail Merchandiser to join their Head Office team on the menswear fashion department. Reporting directly to the Head of Merchandising you will have a substantial impact on the growth and success of the department. You will be accountable for: * Working with Buyer and wider team to select commercial range by store grades. * Setting up and re-forecasting WSSIs for seasonal and core business and manage in-season OTB. * Creating departmental range plans for number of options, budgets, colours, brands and product types. * Overseeing New Store Stock Packages. * Reviewing sales forecasts based on performance. * Daily management of junior members in the team. * Drive the store-tiering project, including Outlet. You will possess all the knowledge and experience required for the above responsibilities however as an individual you will: * Thrive to work in a fast paced, highly autonomous environment who promotes team work. * Be highly confident when handling, interpreting and presenting data to senior management up to board level. * Be used to analysing large volumes of skus. * Be an established merchandiser with direct store retail merchandising ideally with fashion/apparel experience. * Have the drive and passion to work in the fashion sector, whilst possessing a solid track record in retail merchandising with a full appreciation of the processes and demands involved.
