The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator to join the Head Office team of this global fashion brand. Working within their UK office you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all stock movement throughout the business and will be tasked with completing regular analysis and reports to ensure that accuracy and efficiency is maintained. As Logistics Coordinator your key duties will include: * Managing the flow of stock between the DC and all stores; ensuring that all products are delivered to the correct locations on time in accordance with the critical path. * Working closely with the retail planning teams to analyse and forecast, using historical data, to ensure that adequate stock is always available in accordance with sales trends and business needs. * Identifying any issues with stock, or its delivery, and working to overcome this with as little effect to the business as possible. * Taking accountability for stock flowing out of the warehouse to the various stores/outlet locations and therefore acting as a reliable point of contact for all Store Managers and store teams. * Maintaining an effective relationship with the DC and 3rd party teams, ensuring visibility of stock movement is always accessible and up to date. * Completing detailed reports on any variances that occur against the planned stock figures and being able to present your finding back to the team clearly and with confidence. The successful candidate will be: * Currently working within a logistics based role, preferably at co-ordinator or assistant level, within a volume driven/fast paced retail business. * Highly analytical with experience forecasting, analysing and reporting on sales figures, stock movement and business trends. * A strong communicator and therefore able to build and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues and third party contacts. * Able to multi task and enjoy working to tight deadlines; completing your work to the highest standards possible within the allocated time frames. * Passionate about product and therefore keen to develop their career further within a quality and design led fashion brand. In return for your hard work and loyalty you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to build a stable career with the brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are highly motivated, analytical and looking to create a long standing career with a global retail name.
