A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fabric Developer/Weave Designer to join a leading UK business based in London. The Fabric Developer/Weave Designer will be working across the Mens Tailoring and Formal Shirts department, therefore it is vital that the candidate has experience within this area. To be successful, you will have: * Weave design experience using CAD and weave programmes with another successful retailer or supplier. * Excellent fabric knowledge with a clear understanding of taking fabrics from concept through to finished yardage. * The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. * Possess passion for product as well as a thorough understanding of clothing construction and manufacturing processes. * An exceptional understanding of Menswear trends and Direction. * Confidence when proposing new ideas and discussing products within the team.
