A very unique Sales Manager opportunity has been created to work with an entrepreneurial Luxury retailer & manufacturer with amazing growth! This business is looking for a like-minded individual to be part of the journey & their senior leadership team. This entrepreneurial business as been established for over 10 years and is already one of the leading luxury fashionist Interior & furniture retailers in their sector & prides its self on its specialist and luxurious product range; selling to international customers in the retail & trade environment. This is a senior leadership role where your position is to drive the commerciality and turnover of thW Head Office Trade (B2B) deliver sales growth in-line with business plan for the business. Your roles will include - * Complete Sales & Forecasting accountability of the Trade Team. * Lead & Motivate a team of Trade SALES consultant’s (this can be up to 7 consutlants). * Involved with the logistics of the products to be delivered within time to the customer. * Meet regularly with key accounts to maximise business opportunities. * Leadership, recruitment and succession planning of team to reflect the growth of the business! The ideal candidate must - * commercial sales experience in a similar environment within Home , furniture or Interiors is a MUST! * Sales experience – working towards bonus or commission target within a B2B environment. * Experience of managing team. * analytical with numbers and forecasts. * Industry experience within the Furniture, Homewares or Upholstery categories; preferable from a high-end or luxury market. * Highly motivated individual with lots of enthusiasm & gravitas.
