One of the leading retailers in the region with strong business interest in various high profile global brands delivering retail excellence to its clients across the Middle East has opened an opportunity to hire an energetic and experienced in-house recruiter for its wide scope of talent acquisition and staff planning. This is a vital role to a company that has experienced exponential growth who will be responsible for the overall recruitment process that will involve sourcing, selection and recommending the best potential candidates as per Hiring Managers requirements and will be focused in developing recruitment solutions to support the various departments of retail fashion in a timely manner, liaising with managers , managing advertising on different job sites , providing feedback between candidates and Managers whilst contributing to the improvement of the HR systems, practices and policies being the first point of contact of agencies, that will ensure development of a strategic initiatives for talent retention and manpower pooling. The successful Recruiter will have experience gained within a fashion retail environment, having established in-house recruitment expertise, backed with good communication and negotiation skills, a team player delivering strong and sustainable talent gains across all levels, with advanced skills in MS office tools.
