This leading FMCG business currently requires a [Demand Planner](/searches/demand-planner-jobs--3), who will be responsible for the collaborative planning of account activities and for optimising customer service. The position reports to the International Demand Planning Manager and is a key role within the International Demand Team. Key Responsibilities: * To own the process of compiling, analyzing, challenging and providing a demand forecast for International countries * Work with/use business forecasts to create a supply chain forecast * To deliver Phase in - Phase out & contingency / allocation plans for NPD (re) launches * Analysis of forecast, historical wholesale sales, EPOS sale and market data at a SKU and aggregate level where possible * Manage all the communication regarding fill in, assembly, quantity and special instructions for promotions between the local business and Supply Planning * Manage forecast data entry (monthly, weekly or ad-hoc) within SAP * Attend all NPD meetings related to the country you represent * Creation and analysis of forecast performance reports for all materials * Monthly meeting with Supply Planning Team Europe To be considered for the role you will ideally have had exposure to a demand planning role within an FMCG environment. You will possess outstanding team-working ability and excellent analytical skills with the ability to assimilate large amounts of data. You will be able to articulate results and ideas in a concise manner to both internal colleagues and external clients. Working experience using systems (Manugistics, SAP reporting/Planning programmes) would be an advantage. We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.
