Job Description

The role encompasses all aspects of the commercial function from P&L and customer relationship management. Experience in Printing and Packaging and Own lable deevlopment is highly desirable and preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities by identifying growth opportunities in target markets * Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential * Responsible for achieving the private label budget by focusing on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage and developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers * Managing a comprehensive annual business plan * Understand and drive increasing returns from the sales of the selected portfolio of products * Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for the Private label business that reflects the long term strategy * Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the companys strategic goals * Participate in the senior team, providing support, challenge assumptions and compliment the members of senior team * Provide an enthusiastic support to others and to facilitate successful achievement by promoting * Build long term relationships with the key contacts of all the major customers * Responsible for budgeting annual plan Responsible for driving revenue and use learnings from that experience to refine sales processes and to build an appropriate team * Attract, retain, train, and motivate a diverse sales force * Conduct timely annual appraisals of direct report * Set clear objectives and performance measure for Private Label team * Help continuously the direct report to improve his or her efficiency that supports their personal development
