A global media and entertainments business is seeking a Head of Accounts for their Advertising Sales & Promotions business. In this role, you will develop and deliver revenue and promotional value for an allocated group of UK accounts You will be responsible for the following: * Create and implement a comprehensive strategy/business plan * Identify all current and potential revenue sources, understand key partnerships and company-wide inventory * Successfully integrate ad sales functions from different media platforms into one multi-platform sales business * Ensure core revenue is brought in and delivered across the business * Hold key agency and client relationships and negotiate business within agency accounts * Accurately forecast across all agency accounts * Identify and develop opportunities for new business outside core advertiser categories * Manage the account sales team and identify specific training requirements * Sell and manage integrated sponsorship packages across the business * Work closely with the promotional team to deliver and fulfill promotional partnerships. You will be the business lead for allocated European key clients (existing and development accounts). You will develop the advertising and promotional business, across all TWDC media platforms, in order to deliver revenue and promotional value to reach sales targets. To be successful in this role, you will have: * Substantial proven experience of advertising sales and promotions * An in-depth knowledge of UK media landscape and wider media / promotional industry, and experience of operating at Senior Level * Previously built senior agency and client relationships * Proven experience of managing teams within a similar environment * Substantial demonstrable experience of developing solutions for advertising partners working with multiple brands/assets and x-platform * Proven organisational and leadership abilities, preferred experience building an effective sales unit * Prior experience working within a large multi-national company (entertainment industry preferable) * Proven ability to influence at all levels internally and externally. * Demonstrates a strong strategic and tactical skill set that drives maximum sales revenue * Collaborates across functions and finds common ground with various groups and individuals
