Keen to identify top talent and nurture this in a stimulating, fun and supportive environment, they are now offering ambitious, dynamic personalities the opportunity to join as Key Account Managers in the Select & Exclusive On-Trade channel. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be accountable for a defined geographic territory and growing sales in line with set KPIs. Prior experience operating at Key Account Manager level and activating brands in on-trade is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Budget management and P+L understanding for regional accounts * Producing customer account plans which compliment brand plans and channel strategy * Delivering sales results as defined by targets * Delivering the brand building plan, activation programme and presentations * Educating customers on brand training * Building harmonious working relationships both internally and externally * Creating tailored solutions based on sound category advice * Identifying and developing new business opportunities * Accurate recording and feedback of field data * Effective journey and diary planning To be successful in this role, you should be: * Presentable * Able to operate autonomously * Highly organised and self-motivated * A clear and concise communicator * A compelling influencer and negotiator * Commercially aware * Numerical * Adaptable and resilient Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience of working with premium, high end accounts.
