This darling of the British high street has been providing beautifully designed luxury Womenswear for over four decades. The business is now looking for an established Production Cooordinator to join the head office team based in London. As Production Coordintor, your responsibilities will include: * Working with the Product Manager on factory plans for the coming season * Working with the Design team to select press sample requirements * Monitoring and managing critical path for all samples across the range * Liaising with the Product Manager and the Design team on priority list for fit sessions * Working closely with factories based in the Far East and South East Asia: ensuring deliveries, cost and margin targets are achieved * Negotiating factory cost prices and time frames to ensure deadlines are met * Communicating factory plans following confirmation from Product Manager * Monitoring and managing of product standards including quality-control programs. * Working with and maintaining excellent relationships with the manufacturers. * Ensuring that deliveries, cost and margin targets are achieved To be successful, you should have: * A degree or equivalent within a relevant discipline * Relevant experience with a premium brand or luxury high street retailer * Good technical garment skills, ideally with fitting experience * Strong attention to detail * The ability to work well in a demanding, fast-moving environment This is primarily a product focused role and you will be expected to work alongside the Merchandising, Technical and Design teams to ensure a consistent product offering. You will ideally come from a premium brand or high end high street background, and currently be working as a Production Coordinator.
