Keen to identify top talent and nurture this in a stimulating, fun and supportive environment, they are now offering an ambitious, dynamic person the opportunity to join them as a Business Development Executive in the Select & Exclusive on-trade channel. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be accountable for a defined geographic territory, managing and growing sales in line with set KPIs. As Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include: * Account management, delivery of sales targets * Deliver brand building plan, activation programme, and presentations. * Educate customers on brand training * Build harmonious working relationships both internally and externally * Create tailored solutions and based on sound category advice * Identify and devlop new business opportunities * Accurate recording and feedback of field data * Effective journey and diary planning To be successful, you should have the following key skills & qualities: * Presentable * Able to operate autonomously * Highly organised and self-motivated * Clear and concise communicator * Compelling influencer and negotiator * Commercial awareness * Numerical * Enthusiastic and resilient Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience in the premium drinks market.
