Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver the company's objectives within the region, maximising business opportunities with key customers and ensuring the delivery of short-term financial results, balanced with long term profit growth. You will also be expected to: * Proactively manage the customer base within the region, establishing strong relationships that deliver the business plans * Develop and activate promotion and advertising plans that build brands and create consumer awareness * Identify opportunities to build new business through existing and new customers or routes to market * Work collaboratively with Domestic teams to fully understand brand strategy and supporting activities * Develop Duty Free Plans that demonstrate alignment to domestic strategy, identifying opportunities for business development * Plan, set and agree budgets with the Regional Manager while understanding and delivering the pricing strategy for each brand and explore ways of generating brand value * Monitor and understand the P&L to deliver the annual budget and constantly seek ways to improve ROI * Build solid awareness of external market trends (consumer, competitor, political insight), and identify opportunities to drive business development * Effectively manage the data and information requirements of the Market, working with relevant support functions to maximise time and ensure monthly reports are written and delivered on time The ideal candidate will have experience of building and maintaining key accounts, wing knowledge of domestic and Tavel Retail and a second European language would be advantageous.
