We are also very proud to be amongst The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. We are looking for a number of Client Managers to work with a portfolio of accounts in our Retail and FMCG teams. As a Client Manager you will play a pivotal role with one or more of our clients; developing close client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to their brand. You will need strong analytical skills combined with a positive, friendly attitude. With regular onsite presence, you will own key stakeholder relationships allowing you to identify your clients’ commercial needs and spot opportunities for giving our insight services wider exposure. You will work with a Consumer Insight Director to develop the account by implementing and reviewing strategies and objectives from the account plan, with responsibility for identifying revenue, and contributing to the team financial results and forecasts. What we’re looking for: Key Experience * Experience of building and developing valuable client relationships * FMCG brand and/or insight and analytics experience Key Skills * Superb communication skills with the ability and desire to create a network of contacts * Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from complex data sets and a passion to understand the consumer * Enthusiasm to deliver insight to clients at all levels to further build excellent client relationships * Confident presentation and the ability to deliver a concise coherent story with clear client implications and recommendations * Commercially savvy: account management, able to spot sales opportunities and increase revenue.
