Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Beauty, Fashion & Home.

The role of Corporate Communication Manager is to contribute positively engaging both internal and external audiences. This involves executing the corporate communication strategy, facilitating employee engagement initiatives with senior leaders, and managing social channels.

The roles and responsibilities of Corporate Communication Manager:

  • Lead implementation of the Corporate Communications and Employee Engagement strategy for the company.
  • Execute an effective PR strategy, collaborating with the Senior Manager to craft messaging for external communications and corporate announcements.
  • Develop communication materials, including press releases, external statements, speeches, media briefings, and newsletters for the executive team and board.
  • Manage the communications calendar, overseeing key business announcements, dates, and events.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to execute key business milestones, such as company results, store openings, and M&A activities.
  • To deliver messaging for employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Manage the content strategy for the corporate social media accounts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Develop & Possess a well-established network of journalists and industry peers.

To be successful in this Corporate Communication Manager:

  • Ideally having 4 + years in PR or communications in external and internal comms.
  • Experience in Employee engagement and EVP (employer-Value-Proposition) will be a plus.
  • Experience within working with or in retail, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Proficient in Social Media channels, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Ideally have worked in agency or inhouse.
  • In-depth understanding of PR channels, newspapers, and TV networks.
