Technical Sales Manager (Dairy)

Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational consumer business and they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful applicant will be the main resource to the regional sales teams the efficient understanding and utilization of our factory capability within all B2B, Industrial Bakery, Foodservice and Retail channels.
· Act as a technical support resource to assists the wider team, through calm, inspired, self-aware conversations. Develop, grow and positively influence regional teams, helping to manage their customer interactions effectively & building a supportive, collaborative team culture.
· Customer business planning and sales development to maximize customer contribution to the business with a key focus on factory manufactured product to the B2B, Industrial and Foodservice sectors.
· Work closely with NPD team to ensure new products / extensions are updated to ensure planned roll out and availability.
· Negotiate at senior customer level, technical and procurement, delivering on the identified customer needs whilst ensuring the business secure the most efficient trading terms, minimal exposure and Return on Investment (ROI).
· Assist regional teams performance and a funnel of customer opportunities, to identify and prioritise sales opportunities and areas of technical improvement for self and team.
· A minimum of strong 2-5 years in a leading Foodservice / FMCG focused organization (manufacturer / distributor).
· Experience in successfully contributing in increasing overall team technical capability andsales.
· Demonstrated existing key account management experience / contributions – preferably within the Foodservice & B2B / Ingredient sectors.
· Capable technical training and influencing skills – with a track-record of success.
