Quest Search & Selection are proudly partnering with a leading fashion retailer on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team for their recruitment of EU Territories and stores . This will be a fast-paced role where you will acquire localised recruitment needs for countries such as Germany, France Spain, Portugal and the Baltic regions.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for

  • Managing the whole recruitment process from creating ads, managing the ATS systems, running recruitment days, ensuring documentation is completed and onboarding staff ; doing this from the UK & travelling when necessary.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and also being a skilful communicator, able to take detailed briefs .
  • You will be a headhunter, a networker and a great communicator.
  • You will have the understanding of the cultural and legislative needs on a location by location basis and interacting with your localised HR BP .
  • Involved with competitor analysis.
  • To develop compelling campaigns to drive all levels of stores recruitment growth across the EU stores.
  • Build relations with key internal stakeholders, hiring team and agencies
  • Onboarding new starters, ensure they have the proper documentation and RTW
  • Stay up to date with latest trends, conducting market mapping and benchmarking to ensure salaries are in line with market rates and that internal stakeholders are aware of scope of the market
  • Continuously keeping up to date with recruitment policies and procedures

Skills and Experience Required for this Talent Acquisition Specialist – EU Stores role –

  • 3+ years experience in a high volume recruitment roles, preferably within a similar or related retail or multi-site recruitment sector
  • If you have experience recruiting in stores in Europe this is advantageous but not essential
  • Open to people from agency or in-house experience
  • Expertise or passion for retail, in order to appropriately represent the business
  • Go the extra mile to ensure a smooth process throughout
  • Above all a resilient, self-starter.
  • Has done the end to end recruitment lifecycle
