Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this international fashion retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label fashion brands.
With on-going success for their UK business they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Head Office in London for new position as part of their elevated growth planned and on-going vacancies.
The role will have a focus on eCommerce, Digital & Creative roles in central London, where you wll have circa 40 + vacancies at 1 time.
Your roles and responsible of this Talent Acquisition Specialist –
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction through to offer management
- Using creative attraction methods with an overarching focus on quality of hire and tapping into the passive candidate market
- Utilising talent communities and pools to nurture and develop future pipelines.
- Stakeholder management from M.D to Specialist level -Taking detailed job briefs from with mapping out time to hire, agreeing deliverable dates
- Using a range of screening methods to evaluate candidates fit for role and make confident shortlist proposals
- Utilise the ATS system for offers and onboarding purposes
- MI reporting that supports your TA strategy
- Providing market insight, such as local market knowledge, salary data, market mapping and benchmarking
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to build relationship and secure cost effective and timely recruitment solutions
The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Specialist – eCommerce, Digital & Creative –
- An established in-house recruiter or agency background as a specialist/manager/advisor level with direct experience of hiring in the retail, marketing, eCommerce or digital space
- Technical recruitment skills and can comfortable work in a volume recruitment environment
- This business is about attracting top talent that fit within their culture and expectation – Quality is keen
- have strong stakeholder relationships – clear communicator.
- Has experience of recruiting at all levels to store to senior appointments
- Data driven, demonstrating good reporting and KPI dashboard.
- Problem solver, to think resourcefully and creatively to overcome hiring challenges.
