Quest is working with one of the world’s premier luxury retailer as they seek for Store Managers to join their team in Saudi Arabia (KSA). For the right candidate, the company will provide training, competitive commission scheme, salary and great benefits.
As as Store Manager, you will:
– Managing overall store operations, finance and budgets
– Ensuring the achievement of store KPIs and financial objectives
– Handling client- related issues and delivering outstanding client journey experience
– Leading and monitoring sales associates’ performance
– Ensuring that brand message is projected during strategic promotional activities
– Recruiting store staff and supervising back-office
– Generating relevant sales / finance reports
Desirable skills and background:
– Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Luxury Retail handling Jewellery and Watches
– Excellent customer service skills, with background in handling VIP clients
– Strong attention to details, leadership skills, ang negotiation skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in Arabic an advantage
