Quest are proud to be partnering with one of the fastest growing and disruptive beauty brands in Europe who are in the market for a Social Media Manager to boost visibility and increase their customer engagement. Established in the early 2000’s, this brand has grown at an unrivalled rate and now houses over 25,000 products from over 400 brands.
As Social Media Manager, the succesful applicant for this role will be responsible for the implementation of the brand’s current social media strategy, whilst re-strategizing on a yearly and reactive basis in line with current market trends. You will manage all aspects of the brand’s social channels which include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and other emerging platforms. You will also issue monthly Social Media reports on social statistics the brands ROI, whilst mentoring the performance and development of a Social Media Assistant.
The ideal candidate for this Social Media Manager role, will possess at least 2 years’ experience in a similar social media focused role, whilst also having experience in Paid and Organic social media. You will have a strong understanding of the commercial link to social media alongside a good understanding and passion for the beauty industry. You will also possess strong organization and project management skills with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Analytics.
