This role is senior leadership role to drive the deliver of the UX and customer journey and experience in every touch point on their website.

The roles & responsibilities of this Senior UX and Optimisation Manager –

  • Partnering with other colleagues across eCommerce (eg: Digital Trading, Marketing Customer Services) to manage the optimisation roadmap
  • For business as usual (BAU) scope, plan and change within the agreed delivery framework.
  • To drive all changes with the Tech team.
  • Involved in strategic larger eCommerce projects agreed between Marketing and Technology teams to land the changes.
  • Defining user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios, planning and implementation
  • Managing eCommerce tech partners, eg: ContentSquare, Bazaarvoice, Loquate, HotJar etc.
  • Coach and develop direct reports within Web Operations & CRO Executive .
  • Look at all ways to drive innovation on the site – including online customer service (eg: LiveChat, returns portal)
  • Manage and work with third parties, including web platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), in support of business objectives.
  • Drive a programme of A/B testing to create an environment of constant enhancement and improvement.
  • Analyse and report on test results to determine the impact on UX and its subsequent ROI

To be successful in thisSenior UX and Optimisation Manager position –

  • You must come from a senior leadership capacity within a UX/CRO/Optimisation eCommerce background
  • Ideally have experience with retail & eCommerce
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce with a combination of UX, optimisation, technology platform ownership and website operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with some/all of Amplience, ContentSquare, Fredhopper, Loquate, Eggplant or Hotjar.
  • Experience of site localisation/international eCommerce.
  • A highly collaborative style – able to influence and align multiple stakeholders around a vision if customer insight and optimisation.
  • You will be data-driven and performance minded and have experience in delivering the roadma
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
