Job Description:

Quest Search and Selection is working with a global manufacturing company and they are in search of a Sales Manager – GCC – Central Air Conditioner (B2B). Your key role is to support the Head of Sales in developing and managing the B2B Partner Relationships across the GCC.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing the Product & B2B channel strategy;
  • Building and managing the B2B channel;
  • Building the distributor’s B2B organization;
  • Strengthening the B2B network by maintaining rekationship with the industry’s key people and developing strong relationships with the government sector
  • Manage the Sales Team, track and define individual sales target;
  • Launch new products and ensure its availability with existing clients;


  • 7+ years of experience in Air Conditioning Sales;
  • Strong knowledge in Central Air Conditioning system design;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Strong accounts management skills;
  • Excellent relationship building skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any equivalent field
