Sales Account Executive – German Speaking – Remote Working

**This is a remote working opportunity so can be worked anywhere in the UK, Germany or Europe.**
Quest Search & Selection and partnering with a global, market leading organisation within both B2B and B2C relationships within the Health & Wellness sector. The business has over 20 years experience to helping people achieve their wellness goals, maintain vitality and develop a healthier lifestyle.
The roles and responsibilities of this B2C Sales Executive (German speaking) position –
- Daily calls to follow up leads (warm and cold) and maximise sales opportunities (80% of their leads are warm and they have more than they can currently handle!)
- Achieving and exceeding defined sales targets in line with company sales/growth targets for you, the team and the territory.
- Working towards KPI’s on phone calls, e-mail prospects, engagement, meetings and revenue.
- Attending trade events and trade shows throughout the calendar year
- Creating engaging social media campaigns to support your sales and lead generation
- Attending global training events
- Grow your influencer network – this could be bloggers, influences in the wellness space and sports professionals .
- Must be fluent in German as a first or 2nd language (alongside English)
- It is essential that you have either B2C or B2B telephone sales experience to be considered.
- You have a track record of success in achieving and exceeding defined sales targets in line with company sales/growth targets
- Have experience with both warm and cold calling and active lead generation
- Good understanding of social media to create content for the brand and increase community engagement and conversion rates.
- Good planning of own diary around sales calls, account management and social media campaign management .
- Target focused and have worked towards KPI’s such as new business sign ups, repeat business, conversions, pipeline vs transactions and customer feedback.
- You have been to networking events and /or trade shows
- That you have a personal interest and resonate with the brand and the target market
