Quest is working in Partnership with a Retail Company to hire Retail Trainer who can determine and analyze the need for training.
Responsibilities
* Research on training methods suitable for skill development
* Identify training skills that need to be addressed
* Keep yourself updated on new training techniques and procedures
* Keep updated records of training materials and modules
Requirement
* Excellent presentation skills and Outstanding organizational skills
* Proficient in MS Office mainly MS Excel
* Ability to design effective training programs
* Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
