The Company

Quest have partnered with a leading Social Media Agency hiring for a Paid Social Junior Account Manager to join their team. Based in London, they are open to someone working remotely or in the office. They’ve partners with global brands across the Food, Drinks, Entertainment, Finance and Travel Industries, they pride themselves of producing some of the most relatable and shareable content across Social.

This is a great opportunity for a Paid Social Junior Account Manager to work collaboratively with creative, design and production teams within the agency to effectively manage projects from briefing to asset delivery.

The Role

As a Paid Social Junior Account Manager, you’ll play an integral role in delivering fantastic work for some of the agency’s biggest and most exciting clients. You’ll have an excellent understanding of the social media landscape with a clear focus on paid (including ads set up), be comfortable liaising closely with senior clients and stakeholders.

Day to day responsibilities include:

* Paid media and reporting: you will have a background of planning campaigns, building media plans and setting up ads in Facebook and Twitter ads manager. On top of this, you will know how to report on data and reflect key insights in a clear and concise manner for clients.

* Project management: You’ll understand the need for strategy and paid media to drive tangible objectives. You’ll be comfortable working collaboratively with the creative team to create media friendly assets. You’ll be an incredibly organised, proactive and diligent individual, with enough initiative to take a project by the horns and own it from start to finish.

* Client management: working with clients, you’ll be well-versed in the art of managing expectations and constructively pushing back where needed. You’ll also have fantastic communication skills, be able to switch on the charm with clients, present clearly and confidently and be an all-round email and communication wizard.

* Quality control: you’ll be the brand guardian of your accounts, ensuring all paid content from the creative and design teams is hitting best practice and up to spec.

* Team player: reporting directly into a senior member of the paid/accounts team, you’ll work closely with all in-house departments, including design, production and creative. This role also offers the opportunity to oversee more junior members of the Accounts Team, delegating work where needed.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in your application for the Paid Social Junior Account Manager role you will have:

* Track record of working and progressing either agency or client side working in social, digital, marketing and/or advertising

* A strong, hands-on knowledge of Facebook and Twitter ads manager

* A good understanding of social media metrics and translating these into a client facing report

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once

* An ability to diplomatically negotiate tricky deadlines and client requests, to deliver work on time and to the highest possible standard

* To be highly organised and be able to remain calm under pressure

* To be able to work on several projects/briefs at once, handle multiple stakeholders and work in inter-agency team set-ups.

* To be a self-starter who takes initiative and is not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty if something needs doing

* A good creative eye and attention to detail

* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
