Quest are proud to be partnering with one of the fastest growing and disruptive beauty brands in Europe who are in the market for a Head of Digital Marketing to deliver the brand’s online acquisition and retention targets. Established in the early 2000’s, this brand has grown at an unrivalled rate and now houses over 25,000 products from over 400 brands.
As Head of Digital Marketing, the successful applicant for this role will be responsible for the implementation, delivery and management of the strategy for the brand’s UK business. You will act as a champion of all brand initiative on the strategic roadmap to continually expand the brand as a leading beauty retailer and innovator in the industry. You will also be responsible for the management and development of the performance marketing team which include the Head of Paid Search, Head of CRM, Affiliate Marketing Manager and third-party agencies.
The ideal candidate for this Head of Digital Marketing role will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, the current trends and any emerging channels. You will be flexible working with a range of team member and stakeholders, whilst being able to influence the COO, CEO and other major stakeholders. You will be comfortable working a fast growth environment and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
