Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this 5* luxury service office providers in central London. This business puts service in the heart of what they do and provides an environment for businesses to succeed.

This business is looking for a leader to oversee 1 or 2 key sites where you will have complete ownership from a commercial, people and client perspective.

To be successful in this General Manager Position –

  • Overseeing 2 centres as part of the portfolio and leading the Centre Management Team to complete this service & commercial targets
  • Striving for 5-star service to all clients & customers and be able to analyse what this means.
  • Regular update meetings with line managers and the CEO
  • * Creating reports that showcase your assessment of each centre and your recommendations of strengths and improvements
  • * Assess the resources within each centre, regarding payroll and service and operational requirements
  • * Salary reviews for each centre team
  • * Review of internal operational processes
  • Key KPI’s Occupancy of the sites, renewal, new business, compliance, stock audits, P&L, customer/people satisfaction and reviews.
  • Looking at new business opportunities and following up on enquiries and leads
  • Being involved in recruitment and onboarding for people in the centres and being a support
  • Ensuring we are health and safety compliant at all times
  • Review of key contractors

To be successful in this General Manager position –

  • You must have experience of leading a multiple unit or large single site within the Luxury Retail, Department Store, Hotel or Hospitality sector.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing multiple buildings in an operational role
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
  • People management skills regarding hiring, HR, succession planning and implementing people plans
  • You must have P&L experience
  • Somone who is client facing at all time and is meticulous on personal and site presentation
  • Someone who can work flexibly working, Monday – Friday
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
