Quest are proud to be working with a fast growing Retail Food Technology Start Up looking for a Online Trading Manager to join their team. The role will involve building and managing a small team, and working cross functionally with internal teams to improve performance of the app.

The role of the Food Online Trading Manager will be responsible for:

• Merchandising of products on the apps
• Product Management of iOS and Android apps
• Overseeing the taxonomy of products and developing the different food categories to effectively cross-sell and upsell products
• Utilise data to create a Customer Centric experience, ensuring relevant products and promotions are effictively promoted
• Identify potential customer pain points
• Monitor purchasing habits of customers, collate data and present back to internal buying teams
• Work closely with Warehouse and Supply Chain to ensure product availability

To be considered for this role you will have:

• 5+ years of experience in the Ecommerce sector (Food, Grocery retail experience is highly desireable)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with large data sets
• Hands on eCommerce Trading experience
