We are urgently looking for professional Field Trainers to join the worldwide Luxury Retail brand.
You will guide a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on Client Advisors according to their needs. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach Client Advisors to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products to the benefit of store business.
You will be someone who will inspire your team daily, with your obsession for brand and the excellent experience delivered to Clients in their journey through brand.
- Identify team’s potential areas of improvements, developing and training needs
- Tailor, implement and cultivate unique training and development programs
- Assure corporate policies and standards are committed and implemented
- Support the team in achieving specific qualification and efficient business goals
- Forecast and optimize yearly training plans and the use of training budget
Skills and Experience:
- Significant work experience on similar role in luxury retail / customer service industries
- Efficient/Extensive knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Familiarity with computer software and applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or relevant field
- Certification in Training is an advantage
- English and Arabic languages are must, French is a plus
