Quest Search & Selection have exclusively partnered with a fast-growing creative agency based in South London.

We are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager. You will manage our client’s portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence.

You should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach and also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

As the brand’s Digital Account Manager your Key Responsibilities will be:

· Leading client relationships – liaising effectively with internal marketing and web teams to create and implement appropriate work, on time;

· Acting as a trusted adviser to the client, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business and competitive set, and ensuring this knowledge feeds through to our teams;

· Communicating performance and progress effectively to the client, in person, on calls and via email;

· Strategically leading all client accounts, placing importance on insight led strategy and planning;

· Being aware of the profitability of our work, and proactively managing this, either with the client or internally;

· Creating and acting on opportunities to grow the account base;

· Contributing to the month-end and reconciliation processes, ensuring correct figures are reported to Finance and to the business via monthly statements;

· Representing the Partner team within the wider business;

· Helping to identify new opportunities and champion developments to the partner platform.

You would be a highly creative and forward-thinking Account Manager with:

· 3 years experience in a client-facing role;

· Have solid and proven account management experience in a digital/technology environment;

· Knowledge of several, or all, of the following is essential: SEO, PPC, Display, Social Media and website management;

· Great communication and grammar skills with excellent attention to detail;

· Confident leading meetings and presenting;

· Be comfortable working closely with stakeholders of all levels, both internal and external – from small start-up businesses to household names;

· Ability to work autonomously, in an organized manner;

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects;

· Be highly organized, deadline driven and demonstrate attention to detail in oral and written communication/reporting;

· Be flexible with the ability to be both proactive and reactive when required and be adept at problem-solving.
