Quest Search & Selection are currently partnering with this exciting delivery tech business. This company has had substantial investment and has success in western Europe and is scaling up its business in London and other European countries!

This role is ultimately looking after the fleet of riders and drivers to allow them to perform at the optimum for the swift delivery promiser

Roles & Responsibilities of this Delivery Engagement Manager –

  • Oversee 200+ riders around the territories
  • managing a team of support agents and mitigating any delays.
  • Answering rider tickets and resolving issues swiftly
  • To ensure the dispatch and delivery of all bikes, helmets, phones, and navigation systems.
  • To make sure the right equipment gets to the right place at the right time as the company & Rider base scales.
  • Engagement of all employees – daily communications are actioned
  • That onboarding training and comms are in place
  • Create wow e-mails and understanding of their bonus and performance plans
  • Feedback on the customer service, trust pilot etc
  • To have an understanding of underperformance and having action plans in place
  • Organising socials to encourage a supported and valued culture.
  • To be successful in this Delivery Engagement Manager position –
    • 5+ years of experience in B2C or ecommerce, ideally working directly with last mile logistics or consulting or eCommerce delivery business is essential.
    • Experience of leading a small team
    • Have experience of working in a high growth/start up or scale up team where you are constantly adding to the fleet whilst increasing quality.
    • Strong customer service and vendor relationship building skills
    • Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt your strategies and tactics to the dynamic world of super-fast delivery.
    • A desire to work in a dynamic environment at one of the fastest growing startups in Europe

    • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
