Quest Search and Selection is working with a luxury retail brand, who is on the lookout for a Customer Relationship (CRM) Manager to help them further grow their business in new markets.
Your responsibilities as a CRM Manager are as follows:
* Drive and maintain CRM campaigns through customer engagement, customer acquisition, loyalty programs, and the provision of omni-channel options
* Develop and execute Global CRM strategies across all channels and working with the regional and overseas retail teams to ensure relevance with target CRM programs
* Work with the data analytics and marketing team to capture key insights and recommend new strategies
* Collaborate and foster relationships with retailers to maximize opportunities (e.g. joint ventures)
* ROI reporting and CRM budget management
Desirable skills and background:
* Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in the same capacity, preferably in retail
* Extensive experience in customer acquisition, customer retention, customer life-cycle management, executing loyalty programs, building customer databases
* Working knowledge in email service providers (ESP) such as Salesforce
* Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills* Well-organized and can work in a team-driven environment
