As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for building and taking ownership of the global email plan that demonstrates a clear cycle for customers across key markets and customer segments. You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with all industry developments, with a view to bringing any opportunities back to the brand that will improve email performance.
As CRM Manager, the successful candidate for this role will be an experienced and ambitious CRM specialist with outstanding written and verbal skills, who is able to demonstrate their ability to produce commercial and engaging content. You will be process-driven, with a strong attention to detail.
