My client is a global icon in the Travel sector who are growing from strength to strength, they’re looking for a CRM Manager to join their exciting Marketing and eCommerce team. As a CRM manager you will be building and steering top line strategies, customer journey mapping for all CRM activities as well as leading and introducing new CRM initiative to drive business growth and improve the companies ranking.
You will be responsible for the entire CRM budget, managing all activities and tactics, being the main point of contact for the CRM systems and suppliers. You will have ownership of growing the volume and monitoring the quality of the current database as well as driving and maintaining customer segmentation strategies. Using your analytical skills, you will interpret data and insights to push actionable changes that will benefit the team and the business.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have experience managing a team in a similar role, expert in the creation and use of customer segmentation for CRM activity and implementing manual and automated campaigns. A background in using at least 1 ESP is essential and demonstrate an understanding of interpreting data and insights.
