We have an exciting opportunity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from a luxury goods holding company. We are looking for a CRM & Client Experience Executive to be based in Riyadh. Nowadays companies try to improve customer experience and everyone is in the race for who can offer it up the best.
We are looking for a candidate, who can help our client to develop effective strategies for managing relations and interactions with clients. If you know how to truck customer behavior, how to improve the customer experience and you have minimum 5 years of relevant experience, please check the below requirements and apply if you think you are the right candidate!
* 5 years of related experience
* Previous experience in customer acquisition and retention, direct/digital activations
* Experience in retail is a must, experience in luxury products is an advantage
* Sales / results driven
* Excellent computer skills – strong knowledge Microsoft Office
* Experience with AS400, SAP, various database strongly preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills – a candidate must be a good team player
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Arabic and English – required
* knowledge of French is an advantage
Also, this role requires an employee to travel regionally.
Our client can offer a competitive salary, family status benefits and a bonus target 15%.
