Call Center Agents – Salon business

Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for Call Center Agents to join their team in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for strong English speakers with at least 2 years relevant experience.
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
– Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
– Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information and provide solutions
– Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services
– Manage customer bookings; provide top-notch customer service at all times
– Follow company “scripts” and protocols
– Achieve monthly KPIs and targets
Desirable skills and background:
– Strong English proficiency, UAE based
– Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
– Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
– Excellent customer service and active listening skills
– Experience in the Customer Service industry
– Female required (due to the nature of the role)
