The Company

Quest Search and Selection have proudly partnered with a leading Fashion Retailer looking for a Business Manager to join the organisation and support in it’s growth plans.

Our client have plans to continue expanding in to new areas, and the role will suit someone with a passion for Men’s Wear Fashion.

The Role

The Business Manager will support the Managing Director in making critical business choices and will be their right hand within the organisation. They will be expected to manage day to day diary, host meetings, make notes and deliver presentations. The role needs someone articulate, highly organised and takes pride in their appearance to effectively represent the business.

Being involved with communications regarding performance and strategic updates, and key focuses.

  • Be able to present to the executive leadership team & operating board
  • Produce accurate and engaging materials for internal and external meetings (mainly using PowerPoint) to deadlines that effectively deliver the core business messages.
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Making sure you can work to project deadlines
  • Assist in the setting of the wider team objectives as well as ongoing review throughout the year.
  • Work collaboratively with other key stakeholders to align activities, projects and events across the business.
  • Play a key role supporting in executive meetings
  • Taking and writing minutes/notes, summarising discussions and actions

The Skills and Exeprience Required

To be successful in your application for the Business Manager you will have:

  • Have experience 3+ years experience for working in large organisation, FTSE 100, PLC or Consultancy, dealing with a variety of business areas and key stakeholders/leaders
  • This role will be fast-paced and require someone who excels under pressure
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Graduate calibre and above
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & Powerpoint
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven, proactive and emotionally intelligent to deal with board level stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Highly organised and can prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
