Our client is a rapidly expanding company that is under 10 years old and specialises in online B2B publications. The business has seen 300% growth over the last 3 years. They rank as a market leader in news for their high profile and evolving sector. They are at an exciting juncture in their company’s history as they expand with new content and new publications. They seek an experienced, ambitious, commercially minded individual with a passion for digital media.

The role:

You need to be a dedicated and focused Business Development or Sales Manager who is relationship-driven with an end to end service approach to grow, monetarize and strengthen the client’s huge customer base.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Selling digital marketing packages
  • Manage and scale new media services such as webinar, events and othe content creation areas of the business
  • Client meetings.
  • Managing Marketing Programmes (sales support) executive
  • Enabling clients to hit their marketing campaign goals through scaling and results.
  • Analytics reporting for client results.


  • Media or digital sales experience.
  • A commercial mindset:- an up-seller, intelligent, quality focused, able to recognize great opportunities with current and new clients
  • Able to optimize campaigns for higher client results and conversions
  • Proven abilities in a customer-facing position with a track record of commercial gains
  • Excellent technological understanding; aware of all the digital touch-points.
  • Not just short-term sales but able to learn and develop to produce successful client relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset which will be actively encouraged, supported and rewarded.
  • A passion for online news content and in-depth knowledge of web marketing
  • Hands on approach that will thrive in a growing agency environment.
  • Energetic, fast-paced, and a great communicator able to shine in a progressive and evolving environment.

The role is based in West London with opportunities to work from home.
