  • Richard Ashcroft

    Managing Consultant, London

    Richard Ashcroft joined Quest in 2010. He has a degree in Business Studies and began his career in retail and hospitality management before becoming a recruitment consultant. Richard was initially tasked with developing Quest’s hospitality desk and now works across all retail roles, covering assignments ranging from £30-£150k both in-store and head office.

  • Marcel Chahine

    Divisional Manager, London

    Marcel Chahine heads up the UK-based International Team. He has a degree in Business Management and worked in property and leasing for several years before joining Quest in 2007.  Marcel has an exceptional level of industry knowledge and an unparalleled network of contacts.  He and his team focus predominantly on opportunities across Europe, Middle East and Africa although they have also worked on assignments across the Caribbean and Asia – never one to disappoint a client! 

  • Steve Chrysostomou

    Consultant, Dubai

    Steve has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Kent and a Masters in Value Chain Management. Both his undergraduate and post-graduate studies gave him an invaluable understanding into the Retail industry, his focus at Quest.  Prior to working at Quest, he was in the FMCG sector working on National Accounts with major UK retailers at Go Entertainment Group.  Steve joined Quest in Dubai at the beginning of 2014.  He speaks Greek fluently as well as English along with a working knowledge of French.

  • Martin Danhoffer

    Consultant, Dubai

    Martin joined Quest in Dubai in 2014 having worked in both Sales and Retail in Australia. He has a BA from Murdoch University in Australia and is fluent in Polish and English. Martin works on the Sales and Marketing team and focuses on Category, Sales and Marketing management positions.

  • Susie Hinton

    Senior Consultant, London

    Susie specialises in Fashion Roles, both head office and store based, including Buying, Merchandising and Design. Having graduated in English from Newcastle University Susie embarked on her career in retail through the fiercely competitive graduate scheme, taking on many high profile positions and several regional projects (including an award winning one!).  She spent five years in retail management with Marks & Spencer and Boots before joining Quest Search and Selection in 2014.​

  • Gavin Morris

    Managing Consultant, Dubai

    Gavin joined Quest in Dubai in 2012 as a Consultant and is now the Managing Consultant of the International FMCG and Consumer department. Gavin started his recruitment career at New Chapter Consulting, having worked previously in the sports industry. His main focus is on international Sales & Marketing with a team that also covers Supply Chain, Procurement and Market Research. He places people from mid-level management to VPs and board directors.  Gavin was educated at the University of Hull. He is a keen sportsman and was Captain of the First XV rugby team at university.

  • Samantha Silva

    Divisional Manager, London

    Samantha Silva heads up the UK Retail team from Quest’s London office.  Her specialist areas include nationwide Retail Operations recruitment across all sectors and also Head Office recruitment across the South and Midlands. Samantha joined Quest as a graduate and has worked her way up during ten years’ recruitment experience. She has managed the retail team over the last six years, including a one-year secondment in Manchester. Samantha has won a number of internal accolades and awards and has become the most successful consultant in Quest history.

  • Andrew Walker

    Consultant, London

    Andrew joined Quest’s UK office in January 2015 as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing primarily on roles based in the north of England and Scotland for Retail Recruitment positions within Stores, Operations and Head Office.  Andrew worked at EE as Retail Manager for 7 years prior to joining Quest, so has a strong sales background.  Andrew has a BA in Business and Marketing from the University Of Lincoln, UK.​
