Quest Search and Selection – Our Story

We are a specialist retail and consumer recruitment consultancy with an international presence and a global reach.

From our first office in London in 1994, we have expanded out to the Middle East with an office in Dubai.

Within our niche, we are as well known as the brands we serve.

We recruit for senior retail and specialist commercial roles all around the world. Our services include Executive Search, Permanent, Interim and Contract Recruitment as well as Market Research and Insight. Our clients range from famous international retail and consumer brands to niche online retailers.

We are a private company, owned by the employees of Quest, and this allows us to have a long-term strategy with an absolute focus on service and relationships. The driving force behind our agency is a drive to deliver quality recruitment. Quality can be hard to define, but for us, it is the execution of flawless recruitment, matching the best talent to brands and creating long-term value for all parties.

Our reputation is built on our in-depth understanding of the industry and our consultants’ skill, knowledge and passion. All of our senior staff have at least five years’ recruitment experience or have previously worked in the industry for which they recruit. This experience and insight elevate our advice and service from mere job-fulfilment to strategic consultancy, which gives our clients the edge – invaluable in a fiercely competitive market.

You can judge a recruitment agency by the quality of its network. At Quest, we have relationships with decision makers at most retail and consumer brands across the globe. The combination of our database of over 700,000 professionals along with our on-going investments, CRM technology and social media, guarantees us access to the best talent for each role.

In fact, our reach is so broad we regularly manage assignments that involve the relocation of specialist talent and managers around the globe.

Most of all, we are proud of our repeat business ratio: 90%. We believe this is a potent symbol of the trust and respect we've earned from our clients.  For a more in-depth look at our client success stories visit our testimonials page.
