We currently have an opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our successful retail head office team, in our Hammersmith offices. The role will bring the right candidate a fantastic chance in terms of career development and training, and will enable hard-working, ambitious and tenacious graduates the chance to progress in a career working alongside the major names and personalities within the major high street retailers.
The position encompasses all aspects of recruitment - meeting clients and candidates, headhunting, account management and networking. In this role you will be expected to develop your own clients as well as working on established accounts, from entry level to director level. You will work with autonomy and the results you achieve will be a direct result of your ability, enthusiasm and hard work and you will be rewarded accordingly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of working either within the retail sector or in sales.
