Store Manager - Sheffield

The main focus of this Store Manager Designate position will be to manage and control the overall operation of the store in line with company policies and procedures:

• Manage all sales targets
• Cost elements (Profit & Loss)
• Managing & delivering exceptional operating standards
• Customer service levels
• Ensuring that the business strategy for exceeding customer expectations is consistently delivered.

This should all be delivered as a team & you must have the right leadership and inspirational qualities to engage your team to deliver results.

To be successful within this position, you must have extensive management experience, preferably from a blue-chip retail or service environment (for example DIY, Electrical, big-box units).
