Are you an established Supermarket Manager looking for more commercial responsibility?

This instantly recognisable food retailer is looking for a Retail Business Manager to join their team. This established company has long been known on the high street and is an integral part of the communities it works in.

Within this key role, you will be responsible for running your own store for which you will have full accountability.

You will have significant input into the trading plan including product ranging as well as being responsible for all aspects of recruitment, training & development of staff and work closely with the Area Manager.

To be the successful applicant, you must be a highly experienced supermarket retail manager in a Store or Field capacity with a proven track record of successfully managing your own store(s) & making commercial business decisions. It is essential that you have exceptional people management skills and experience in budget preparation & cost controls through business planning and have the need to run a store as your own business. You must be passionate and committed to achieving and sustaining outstanding customer service and able to excel within a high-pressure environment.
