Boutique Assistant Cafe Manager - Borough Market - £16,000-£20,000
This beautiful luxury retailer has a unique opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join its flagship boutique cafe immersed in the famous Borough market.
As a result of its recent success, this retailer has embarked on a new and exciting venture, opening up their first concept store over a year ago with a unique menu and area to eat or just take away.
As well as acting as a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a beautiful and inviting store that will give customers a chance to linger. You will be involved in creating and implementing processes and responsibly generating sales through serving your guests.
You will need to develop, train & manage your own team so as to ensure that everyone is knowledgeable and passionate about the brand.
To be suitable for this position, you must be a real foodie as you will be surrounded by connoisseurs within the specialist food & drink sector who are experts in their specific fields. It is essential that you have a genuine love for retail and a real passion for providing outstanding customer service.
You will need experience in a management position within a customer service retail sector whether in mainstream retail, cafe or coffee management experience. It is important that you regard as yourself an enthusiastic and hands-on manager.
