Store Manager - Windsor - £20,000-£25,000

An award-winning and entrepreneurial business is recruiting for a Store Manager at its Windsor branch as it seeks to increase growth.

With its beautifully designed and innovative stores, this company is looking for a Manager who enjoys and thrives in a guest-focused environment; your role would be maximise everyone's shopping experience and make each customer want to come back for more.

This position would ideally suit a candidate who currently has:

• Store Deputy/Department management level responsibility and considers themselves a brand ambassador
• Experience of managing Profit & Loss through the key delivery of you KPI's
• Experience of sucession planning of your key people
• Experience of training & development and the day-to-day managerial responsibilities of running a business unit.

You must thrive on working in an autonomous working environment where you can follow compliance but with a creative and unique flair. Being a passionate, outgoing and driven person is also essential - personality and attitude count for a lot.
