Food Research and Development Manager - Cairo, Egypt

This global, blue-chip food FMCG business are proud owners of some of the top global food brands. They are looking for Research and Development Managers to join their team in Egypt to lead their product development in the market and wider region.

Within the Research & Development function this is hugely apparent and this opportunity is the chance to become an integral part of an innovative and forward thinking Research & Development department, with huge potential for progression.

Reporting into the Research & Development Senior Management team you will manage multiple projects from concept through to launch.

Enlisting support from a cross functional team you will manage the process every step of the way from idea generation to initial trials, factory trials, artwork specifications and packaging.

Projects will vary in length, scope and impact of the business and you will need to prioritise and be flexible so must have impeccable time management skills.

Educated to at least degree level (MSc ideally but not necessary) in Food Science/Chemistry or a related discipline you will currently be working in an R&D function of a food/non-food FMCG manufacturer.

Egyptian market experience is required
